Apr 9, 2021

The Sunday Times annual ‘Best Places to Live in England’ guide has named Teddington as their place of choice in London.

They describe Teddington as “a high street that nails the sweet spot between practical and aspirational, with unbeatable options for exercise.”
The judges praised Teddington for its businesses, transport links and its scenic views and green spaces making it their ‘favourite corner of London’

Teddington’s leafy riverside postcode is definitely a great neighbourhood, offering everything from shopping, to cafes, restaurants and leisure options. The selection and variety of independent shops was something the judges highlighted as a reason for their decision. The choice and variety is wide, providing you with almost everything you need for your day to day needs. The Teddington Cheese Shop sells over 130 different varieties, the Good Wine Shop has won several Wine Awards, Teddington Essentials has absolutely everything you can think you might need, Mary’s Living & Giving Shop for Save the Children is an excellent charity shop offering high quality clothes. The list is endless.

Teddington is easily accessible from our latest development Mulberry Court in Hampton Wick, by foot, bus or train.
With its impressive and unique offering of independent businesses, the village of Teddington is a great place to have on your doorstep.

Hampton Wick, only a mile or so from Teddington, is blessed with a huge choice of outdoor space; Bushy Park, Home Park and of course the River Thames.
