New Residents Facilities at Mulberry Court

We are delighted to have welcomed the first residents into Mulberry Court. This is very much about creating a new lifestyle option for over 65’s to downsize while enjoying their own independence and ownership of their new home.

 It is also very much about having support and care needs available as needs may change and to have that support on hand when required.

To help people live longer and more fulfilling lives it is achieved with companionship and being with like minded people and not left alone in what was a big family house.

Here the residents benefit from social evenings, coffee mornings and afternoon teas together. Loved ones and close family are usually living near and can be close and see each other in our lovely lounges.

We also run Pilates classes in our activities room and which will have lots of uses as well as film nights and functions.

Our Hair and beauty salon featured below also allows for massage treatments and is featured below.  

 A favourite spot is by our fire side with a very realistic flame effect fire but no gas in this development. All our energy is carbon neutral and comes from the air around us through new air source heat pump technology.

All of our central living facilities, which will also include croquet, are designed to extend life and in an enjoyable way which has been carefully considered and will be developed in consultation with our new residents.

Our final phases of works are now underway with the external shared gardens,  our new contemplation garden which will have a special place for our new grotto to Our Lady.

Phase 2 will be the completion of our properties  on Lower Teddington Road to be ready in 6 months and will be able to welcome over 60’s here as well.
